At Device Solutions, we practice the science of engineering and the art of community.
While we fill the need for complicated wireless projects, we also do our part in the community by donating our time, money, and presence to causes that parallel our values. We aim to be a fulcrum on which a conscious economy is built.
In 2014, we sponsored Margrethe Williams as she courageously rode her bike across the country, providing scholarship and support to young adults with cancer.
Our engineers mentor the North Carolina State University Senior Design Team and contribute to ASSIST, a research center of the National Science Foundation.
CEO Bob Witter and Pat Roberts from Finance cycled 100 miles and raised money and awareness for Bike MS.
Bob and Chris provided advice and encouragement to North Carolina high schoolers participating in a STEM competition. They judged the final round and Bob served as industry spokesperson.
Device Solutions is a patron of Citizen Schools which provides an expanded learning day to low-income middle schoolers. We donate to Me Fine because it sustains a family when a child is undergoing treatments for life-threatening illness.
Employees from our small firm coach youth sports, as well as other companies who need wisdom for their next business challenge; one of our engineers organized the 2014 Soktoberfest, donating the proceeds to the Lung Transplant Foundation in Raleigh; someone at the C level is a free math tutor.
Device Solutions’ input is engineering genius and compassion. Our output is a company stewarding the world forward, one invention and service project after another.
