“Think globally, act locally,” is a much often quoted saying originating from the sustainability and environmental writings of Patrick Geddes in 1915. Bob Witter, CEO of Device Solutions, has committed himself and that of interested employees to the join in support of the “On Draft” team in the MS150 race held every year in NC to raise money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis.
“Bike MS: Historic New Bern Ride 2016” was held in New Bern, NC on Sept 10th and 11th, 2016. Pat Roberts, Rod Williams, Tristan Novak, and Bob Witter (profile) participated in the 150 mile ride as well as the after event libations. The On Draft team (team profile) celebrated many miles ridden for charity and united to support the Multiple Sclerosis cause. The On Draft team (122 members) is currently ranked number 2 in total donations raised – in excess of $137,000. DSI and DSI employees contributed over $3,000. “The money raised for Bike MS funds groundbreaking research focused on stopping MS progression, restoring lost function and ending MS forever. It also supports programs and services helping people affected by MS live their best lives.”
