To say that we are proud and grateful to have successfully built an end-to-end Emergency Digital Paging over atsc3 Public Broadcast prototype system is an understatement. We are wrapping up live field testing with fire and EMS departments from the mountains to the coast of NC. The result? Yes, NEXTGEN TV (ATSC3) over public broadcast can be used for specialized datacasting applications with terrific coverage, reliability, and low latency with battery operated mobile receivers. As we begin the next chapter of commercialization, we want to take a moment to thank our collaborators who made this proof of concept a reality.
