Over the past decade, we have worked closely with SCRAM to address complex challenges, including a significant project in 2021 where SCRAM turned to us with a critical need: upgrading approximately 10,000 Remote Breath accessories from 3G to 4G.
Our team engaged in a strategic partnership with SCRAM, working in parallel to design and manufacture the required solution. By clearly defining our known factors, identifying areas to be resolved, and outlining the steps for execution, we successfully delivered an upgrade to 10,000 devices, ensuring the transition from 3G to 4G was completed seamlessly and in compliance with industry certifications.
