Derek Roberson is an accomplished embedded software engineer at Device Solutions with over 10 years of experience developing efficient, low-power solutions using cutting-edge technologies. Skilled in a range of programming languages, communication protocols, and hardware tools, Derek excels at solving real-world problems through product innovation and collaboration. Over the course of his career, Derek has leveraged his expertise in BLE technologies, real-time operating systems, and microcontroller programming to contribute to numerous innovative projects including wireless brainwave monitoring and stimulation headbands, next-generation cardiac monitoring systems, and environmental monitoring devices. Derek holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
