Paul Stapleton is a Senior Staff Engineer with over 30 years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the development of complex wireless consumer devices. With expertise in system engineering, product industrialization, and new technology development, Paul has successfully guided products from concept through design, manufacturing, and customer acceptance. At Device Solutions, he has contributed to numerous innovative projects, including satellite transceiver kits, medical device communications, and multi-node industrial systems leveraging NFC, LoRa, and WiFi.
Previously, Paul held key roles at Blackberry and Sony Ericsson, where he drove modem chipset integration, advanced hardware development, and the technical leadership of global mobile phone projects with sales exceeding 30 million units. A graduate of North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Magna Cum Laude, Paul combines technical excellence with collaborative leadership to deliver high-quality, market-ready solutions.
