Rupert Kilburn, Device Solutions’ Director of Project Management, has extensive expertise in leading high-pressure, no-fail initiatives across multiple industries. In his current role at Device Solutions, Rupert oversees the successful delivery of 50+ IoT projects, aligning cross-functional teams to turn client visions into commercially viable products. His strategic leadership has driven operational excellence, enhanced customer retention, and delivered innovative solutions for Fortune 100 companies and startups alike.

A former British Army Infantry Officer with 9+ years of service, Rupert has led multinational coalitions, executed critical national security projects, and championed organizational transformation through mentoring and process optimization. He holds a Bachelor’s in International Politics from Aberystwyth University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership and Conflict Studies. Rupert's expertise in strategy, operations, and leadership consistently delivers impactful results.

Outside of work, Rupert is the proud father of two girls, Isla and Lilly, and combines his love of challenges with his passion for fitness to complete ultramarathon races and iron man triathlons.
